Day 4 Prayer

Song of Solomon 1:4 - Draw me after you; let us run. The king has brought me into his chambers.

The King has issued a Divine invitation for you to come away with Him into His Secret Chambers! He has chosen you to make your entrance before the throne in total surrender. What a privilege it is to have access to the Kings of Kings and the Lord of Lords! All that He requires is that we come adorned with a surrendered heart for our audience with the King!

When Queen Esther was given the choice of all the precious jewels and clothes in the King's treasury to adorn herself, she did not chose what she liked, but left the choice to the King's servant to chose what would please the King. (Esther 2:15) Her surrender captured the heart of the King and she obtained his favor. We too, have the ability to capture the heart of our KING as we adorn our hearts with what He desires.

We must make our hearts ready for the Lord; casting distractions aside, and approaching Him with worship, thanksgiving, repentance, and total surrender; asking Him, "What do you require of me, Lord?" When we place our total focus on the Lord and His heart, such a sweet communion begins, as we lose ourselves in His presence. We are Seekers of the Deep and the King awaits our entrance.

Seekers of the Deep Prayer, 01/14/2020

Heavenly Father,

I come to you today in reverence of your Holiness, and in awe of your Majesty! I bow my heart in your presence and desire to only give you what you desire, and not my own selfish ambitions. I empty my heart so that you can fill it with more of you. I come only adorned in what pleases you. May my surrender and worship be pleasing to you, that I might find favor in your sight. I make my heart ready for you, in Jesus Name. Amen.
